This is the Hero's Story After All (Jam Version)
Updated Game found here: https://arustedknight.itch.io/this-is-the-heros-story-after-all
Play as an Evil Lord and his minions to help the new Adventurer Succeed. This is his story after all.
---------------------------------------------------------------
I'm aware of the un-even ground at the beginning on level 4 and understand its annoying. Sorry about that.
**Stuck on the last level (bc im dumdum and made it too hard): heres a hint, line first minion at mid point and 2nd closest to back spike, then move and jump over hero with first minion and run all the way to the left, and then follow with second, easy sailing from here. if you still cant, I understand its frustrating you scroll down to the very bottom for a cheat.

Hey. Thanks for the feedback. :) a lot of the issues have already been addressed and there is a non jam version available to play. There's a link to it on the jam page now and it has a list of changes and the game overall should be much more fair to play. And I'll take another pass at the materials and differentiating between background and foreground. Thank you for taking the time to play. :)
Wow, good implementation, looks well polished for a jam! good job :)
Thank you. :) and thank you for playing. :)
hahha you can just walk out of the map lol
also how do you do level 3
Which map can you walk out of?
Which part of lol 3 is giving trouble?
the ending door, and the guy between the two spikes
I'll take a look, thanks for the bug. as for the guy between the spikes. its made to where to have to time the jump and run from one side to the other. Thank you for playing my game though. :)
no problem!
Nice game
Thank you. :)
I completely forgot about the theme here, so when It kept saying success and I had to redo it I was like.... Wut.... Lol. Awesome game, and great adaptation of the concept! I didn't get super far, but I got far enough to realize you did well!
I tried to give hints about that, I hope it wasn't too confusing, or were you able to figure it out quickly enough?
Ohh yea, 100%. I was saying that in the comment because when it clicked I was like, ohhh that is awesome lol. Good job!
Thank you. I appreciate the feedback. :)
